Being a former Marine may give the impression that I’m all about toughness, but interventions are about love and care. My compassionate side comes through because I understand that everyone in the room is in pain. While tough love is sometimes necessary, more often, it’s about bringing families together to deliver a heartfelt message of hope to their struggling loved one. In these moments, I remind families that no one is beyond help—because I was once considered a long shot for recovery myself.

What sets me apart is my unique background—a combination of business leadership, military service, and firsthand recovery from addiction. With my wide-ranging experience, I can relate to men while also deeply understanding the struggles of a 20-year-old woman feeling lost or a fearful wife grappling with uncertainty. As a father and a former girls’ soccer coach, I have seen firsthand how addiction impacts women, families, and loved ones left searching for answers. My diverse experience allows me to connect with corporate professionals in high-stress jobs, first responders and law enforcement officers struggling with PTSD, and everyday addicts or alcoholics. I have walked in all of these shoes, and that lived experience gives me a distinct advantage in understanding the challenges my clients face.

My specialty is relating to the one suffering and uniting sometimes divided families to achieve one common goal—saving the life of their loved one. By bridging gaps and guiding loved ones toward healing, I help create an intervention that is not about confrontation, but about hope, restoration, and a path forward.
